Olaya Provides different services related to apartment.then the owner of the plat member can able to send the service requests what they want and also see the request status.
here they are three types of services requests.a)general service request b)parking service request and c)visiting pass request.
The project features:
It contains the lobby and links to the 19 retail and cafes/restaurant units at the bottom of the towers.
Public access to the lobby is via a plaza from the intersection, but the building has a VIP entrance and parking to the rear.
The car park is equipped with the latest high-tech security systems and an automated system for controlling pedestrian and vehicle traffic flows.
The project includes a four-storey underground car park with a total depth of 16 meters below the ground level for 2400 cars.
